Eight Lane Management™, LLC (ELM) owner and governing body for North American Track & Field League™, LLC (NATFL) was created by three friends to address the challenge of uniting fans and marketing the sport.

Despite the burgeoning market share numbers Track and Field in the USA struggles with attracting and uniting its fan base in the stands or on television and mobile devices. 

Eight Lane Management™ presents what we  believe is the answer to this challenge by first structuring the league. Then pitching to Private Equity firms to raise private and angel funding for the Professional Track and Field League, “North American Track & Field League™ (NATFL)” which we continue to work at. Next leveraging the more than 25 years of experience of the partners, board of directors, and advisors in various areas in the industry as well as a deep and wide network of contacts at every level of the sport. 

Our competition “American Track and Field”and “Track Town” each have made attempts to bring a professional track and field league without success. Besides competing with their shortcomings we also have to consider the status quo – USATF. The third component to become different, successful and overcome the challenges, we feel is building rapport with the communities where the teams will reside during the season, include all stakeholders during the launch and operation of the league.
